Dreamt up by Chetana from Bodhana and Vicki from Phoenix Holistic, essence holistic health and wellbeing event is designed to be a cost effective, fun and productive way to increase your income over the winter months, strengthen your relationships with your clients, develop your understanding of other practitioners and how your businesses might interact, and promote yourself in a supportive environment.
Exhibitor charges are ‘credit crunch friendly’. Exhibitor numbers will be limited. We are taking bookings on a first come, first served basis. You must make a deposit in advance of the day (last day to book will be October 19th) to secure your space.
You can choose from the following options:
1m x 2m = 50€ single table for single practitioner e.g. homeopath, hypnotherapist, counselor, tarot reader etc
2m x 2m = 100€ double space suitable for product sales. (If you require more space than this please ask).
3 x 3 m = 150€ sufficient space for a massage table and a therapist to work.

Exhibitors have the opportunity to do demonstrations – you can book your timeslot when you book your stall. Please don’t forget, we’re working on a ‘first come first served’ basis. We intend for essence to be a day long event incorporating stalls, demonstrations, opportunities to sell products, meet new colleagues, increase your personal ‘multi-disciplinary team’, and boost your energies for the winter!
Mood Beach is an ideal venue for this event – well situated with a large car park. The management of Mood Beach will be offering very special prices for teas, snacks and other refreshments to complement the spirit of essence. The public will be charged a nominal entry fee, proceeds from this fee will be donated to charity on behalf of all of the exhibitors and organisers of ‘essence’.
NB we will not be able to accept any exhibitors who wish to sell food or drink. All prices are plus iva.
